Michael personally underwrites the cost of producing the Ireland with Michael series, ensuring that public television stations can broadcast the program at no cost. Michael does not profit from the show; rather, it is a passion project he has helped sustain alongside our wonderful underwriters, Tourism Ireland and CIE Tours. As production costs continue to rise (almost a quarter of a million dollars per season), he remains committed to helping bridge the gap, and we would be sincerely grateful for any support you may be able to provide.

A donation to Ireland with Michael helps bring the beauty, culture, music, and stories of Ireland to life for millions of viewers across North America. Every contribution supports the genuine costs behind the series, including filming on location throughout Ireland, travel, editing, music recording, and the thoughtful storytelling that allows each episode to be crafted to the high standard audiences expect from public television.
