Ireland With Michael News
Travel Ireland with Michael Londra: Oct. 3-12, 2026
Join the Emmy-nominated PBS® host and Irish tenor for a guided journey through the country he calls home.
Departure is October 3, 2026, returning October 12. Prices start at $3,999 per person, land only. Spaces are limited, and this kind of access doesn't come around often.
There's a difference between seeing Ireland and being shown Ireland by someone who knows it by heart.
This autumn, Michael Londra is leading a small group of American travelers on a nine-day guided journey through the south and west of the country, and it's exactly the kind of trip he wishes more visitors got to take. As the host of the PBS® series Ireland with Michael and a Wexford native who has spent years filming across the island, Michael knows the places the guidebooks skip and the people who turn a good vacation into a great story.
The route begins in Michael's hometown of Wexford and winds through Waterford, Cork, Killarney, the Dingle Peninsula, the Cliffs of Moher, Galway, and Connemara before finishing in Dublin. Along the way there's a private performance by Michael and friends, a jaunting car ride through Killarney National Park, a cruise on Killary Harbour, and a stop at Trinity College to see the Book of Kells. A few surprise guests may turn up too.
Every detail is handled by a professional CIE Tours driver-guide, from luxury coach travel to hand-selected hotels, so you can focus on the experience instead of the logistics. Breakfasts and most dinners are included, and the group stays small on purpose.
